    What you are viewing is an Antique Handy Hot Electric Toaster in  "Rare" Green and  Cream color.  The piece measures 7 inches tall by 6 1/2 inches across the base and is 3 1/2 inches deep.  The toaster is in the condition consistent with it's 100 year old age.  There is peeling paint, rust spots and fraying on the electric cord.  All of these imperfections speak to the years of memories gone by.
    The green and cream color is reminiscent of vintage enamelware of the same color scheme.  You can just imagine the kitchen counter on which this appliance held a place of honor.
    This piece would make a wonderful display in any farmhouse or an excellent addition to any collection.
