    All decals are computer cut designs with no background material. The decals stick to all smooth surfaces. The surface must be smooth and clean. All decals come with transfer tape already applied. Simply remove the backing material, apply to the smooth, clean surface and smooth down (I use a credit card or ID). Then simply peel off the transfer material and only the material that is cut in the purchased design will remain. Instructions are included with every order.
