    Description

CAMBRIDGE GLASS APPLE BLOSSOM ETCH LT GREEN # 3135 2-1/2 OZ TUMBLER SHOT WHISKEY
A beautiful little tumbler, shot glass or whiskey made by the Cambridge Glass Company, formerly of Cambridge, Ohio.
The bowl and foot are both made in light Emerald Green colored glass, sometimes called apple green.
The bowl of the tumbler also has a narrow optic pattern molded into it.
The tumbler is decorated with the Apple Blossom deep plate etching.
This is a quality piece of hand-made elegant glass and would make a great addition to any shot glass or small tumbler collection.
    It is just gorgeous!
A beautiful little tumbler or shot glass and not often seen in this size and shape.
This shape of this tumbler, with a different etching, is pictured on page 31-34 (from 1931) of the 1930-1934 Cambridge Catalog Reprint Book
    The Cambridge Glass Co
. by The National Cambridge Collectors, Inc.
The Apple Blossom etching is pictured in this same book on pages 1-9, but this tumbler size and shape is not shown here.
This # 3135 stemware line is also pictured and described in the
    book
    Cambridge Stemware
    by Mark Nye on p
ages 107-108, and according to the author was produced in the
    1930 – 1940 era.

do my best to describe all items as accurately as possible and to the best of my ability.

I will get back to you as soon as I am able.
I want your transaction with me to be exactly the way I want mine to be when I am the buyer.
    Age and Condition
The tumbler/shot glass is circa 1930s.
It is in very good original condition.
Please look closely at the photos as they are an important part of my description of this item.
In looking over the tumbler there are no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs that I can see.
I do feel one extremely minor flea bite on the foot – see the close-up photo of the foot.
Please keep in mind the photos may be blown up at least 8-10 times normal, so anything you see will look 8-10 times larger in the photos than it really is.
Please note: if you see a dark spot in the photos it is from my camera and is not a mark on the piece.
It will be either just to the right of center towards the bottom or slightly above center on the right side of the photo.
    Approximate Dimensions
About 1.75” (4.4 cm) in diameter at the rim by about 3” (7.6 cm) tall.
