Find an image you would like. Try and find the highest resolution image possible. The minimum should be at least 500 pixels by 500 pixels for a good quality product.

The part of the image you would like to use should, ideally, be in the center of the image Look at your image and think about how you want the image to fit the product. We can rotate and skew the image slightly to make it fit. Be very descriptive in explaining the part of the image you would like to be used on the truss rod cover.

Shipping
Orders placed before 2 pm Monday-Friday(US EST). No shipping on weekends and holidays. Custom products can take up to 2 days to ship.
International Shipping
Our economy international service or USPS First Class Service is provided by APC Postal Logistics and includes full tracking. The economy international shipping service(APC Postal Logistics) usually arrives within 2-4 weeks with most being delivered by your local post office. Every now and then an order can take a little longer to arrive. Most shipping delays are related to the receiving country's customs processing or problems with shipping addresses. Please make sure to include a valid phone number with your order in case they need to contact you.
All international shipments include carrier insurance with a minimum of 0 of insurance. A claim for a lost package cannot be opened until at least 6 weeks have passed.
International Buyers

Returns
Returns are accepted as long as the item is returned in brand new condition and in its original(undamaged) package. Please take care of the item if there is any possibility of a return. Refunds will not be issued for items that show any signs of damage uncluding to the original packaging, ie. scratches, tool marks, attempted modification, etc.
