    Carl Barks was the creator of Scrooge McDuck, the Nephews, et. al. (pretty much the entire Duck world). This design is NOT made by Disney..but Disney never had issue with Mr. Barks' designs. This pin measures 1.4 inches tall and 1.2 inches across.
