The Model 7002C-XL has one Model 700C Handcuff positioned at each hip allowing for either parallel arm or cross arm handcuffing technique. Now with an improved internal lock mechanism for increased tamper resistance, smoother ratcheting action and greater durability. The special heat treated steel chain and padlock rings assure adjustment up to 72 in. waist. Also available in with High Security locks. Lifetime warranty for manufacturer defect. Two keys supplied. Made in USA.
