Our 1.5 inch wide police handcuff strap is made with USA made heavy duty ballistic nylon and true LOCKING snaps in matte finish.
Strap snaps around belt with locking snap along with locking snap to hold handcuffs in place.  Will NOT detach unless strap end is pulled straight down from top end of strap.
Fits around belts up to 2 1/4" wide.
Belt and Handcuffs are NOT included
