The Handcuff Strap is closed on top with a strong snap. The Handcuff Strap holds the set of handcuffs, so when the Strap is opened the cuffs are laid open as well. The user can grab the center swivel portion of the cuff and will have it already positioned for use with only one hand. The cuffs can easily be "loaded" back in the case.
The Handcuff Strap is a device that can provide the user a method of storing and presenting a set of handcuffs quickly for use with one hand.
The Handcuff Strap can be made to most any desired size to fit the users' needs properly.
Loading the way you want it; E-Z as 1, 2, 3
1. Put the strap into a half handcuff, & hang the cuff on the hanger.
2. Fold the second half cuff BACK UP, & hang the last cuff on the button-hanger.
3. Fold then till the strap UP, & snap it on.
Opening; E-Z as 1, 2, 3
1. Unsnap it at the TOP of the strap (let the cuff drop open by itself).
2. Grab the center swivel portion.
3. Pull the cuffs STRAIGHT UP.
