    Description

    This is a RARE 16mm KODAK ORIGINAL print of “WHISPERING CITY”, a 1947 Eagle Lion release, starring HELMUT DANTINE, PAUL LUKAS, and MARY ANDERSON. This atmospheric FILM NOIR was filmed in Quebec, and has a distinct European feel about it. Print has some wear and splices, but has excellent black and white density and sound. The print has SPANISH SUBTITLES, but all the dialogue is in ENGLISH. I detected a slight smell on the print, but it runs fine. This is the COMPLETE FULL-LENGTH FEATURE, mounted on two full 1600 ft. reels.
