Rare Vntage Antique MERIDEN HOMELECTRICS Electric Toaster & HOTPOINT Iron W CORD

HERE IS AN AMAZING SET, TO COMPLETE ANY COLLECTION, DISPLAY OR DECOR.
1. A Meriden homelectrics electric toaster, this toaster is before the invention of pop up toasters, this one has 2 flaps 1 on each side that opens up and closes with its spring suspension to hold the bread against the toasting element, appears to be complete, but i did not try it, although i have the cord, i did not want to risk it. has some wear, please see pictures.
2. a vintage Hotpoint cloth iron made by the Edison electric appliance co. shows its age greatly, its a heavy piece it weighs close to 4 lbs.
the amazing part of this sale is, that we actually have the cord for this unique toaster, i did not see anyone should have the cord for it, the cord also fits the iron, so you have it all.
