About
Why Shop Smartisans?
We want to share our love of all textile arts and crafts. Whether you quilt, sew, knit, crochet, weave, spin, paint, print, or mix your media -- we've got you covered.
Our goal is to give you the awesome service you'd expect from a local shop, with the convenience of ordering online. We are in rural Northern Michigan and many of our customers are either in rural areas themselves (and don't have a local shop to go to), or can't find what they're looking for at their local shop.
We promise to...
1. Ship fast.
2. Package with care.
3. Handle your emails and phone calls personally -- answering questions about products and giving the best service we can.
