I have it listed as used because I don’t like to use the term new unless it is virtually new. These brochures by in large are in very good to excellent condition. Note: The Taronga Zoo Book (80 pp) is detached from the spine, and the Cahill Dutch Tavern has a stain.
If you are an collector of Australiana, this is a worthwhile addition as I was fortunate enough to be there when the Sydney Opera house was under construction in the 60's.
