Vintage Mary Proctor (Proctor-Silex) Starflite Toaster

Description

What a great addition to your mid-century modern kitchen this would make! Or in a retro style camper...sweet!
Mirror-like chrome finish, off-white enamel, a way-cool space-age design on both ends of this kitschy toaster.
Heats up nicely when plugged in, but I cannot attest to how it toasts.
Won't fit bagels. English muffins may work though.
There's a color control lever on the front, and a "Color Tuner" knob on the underside to achieve that perfect piece of Wonder Bread toast!
The emblem reads "MARY PROCTOR Starflite" and the underside indicates "Proctor-Silex Inc. Phila., PA. USA"
