Vintage Sunbeam Radiant Control T-20B Toaster
This is the classic Sunbeam "Radiant Control" toaster. This was a high end toaster when it was introduced.
The toaster automatically lowers the bread into the slot and monitors the heat radiated off the bread. When toasted to the setting specified, the toaster automatically shuts off and raises the bread out. No levers to push, the bread gently creeps down and back up when done.
American-made quality you can no longer buy new.
The toaster is working properly. Plug on power cord has been replaced.
Condition: Chrome has normal scuffs, scratches and spots of dirt. The top of one side has some heavier scratches (see photo #4). No cracks or chips in bakelite base, one of the handles has some residue on it. There is food residue on the interior.
