Vintage Sunbeam Radiant Control Toaster Chrome works - READ - MOLD /needs clean

$ 26.4

Availability: 14 in stock
  • Material: Chrome
  • Condition: Outside: in good cosmetic condition, no major scratches or dings/dents. Inside: MOLD. I bought this at an estate sale, and left it on a shelf in my basement for several months and forgot about it. When I came back, it was beginning to grow mold inside. I am very allergic to mold, so I did not attempt to clean this. I have boxed it up and am immediately listing it for sale. I do not know if the auto drop feature works since I didn't put a piece of bread in. I plugged it in and it started heating up, and it did seem to move some. Since it is boxed up, I will not be able to answer additional questions about this. Pricing low to move fast so the mold hopefully doesn't spread now that it's boxed up... there may be a little more mold than what is in the photos by the time you get it since it is boxed up in plastic bags/bubble wrap with no air flow.

    Description

    FULL DISCLOSURE - PLEASE READ.  Outside: in good cosmetic condition, no major scratches or dings/dents.  Inside:  MOLD.  I bought this at an estate sale, and left it on a shelf in my basement for several months and forgot about it.  When I came back, it was beginning to grow mold inside (likely due to leftover food particles).  I am very allergic to mold, so I did not attempt to clean this.  I have boxed it up and am immediately listing it for sale.  I do not know if the auto drop feature works since I didn't put a piece of bread in to try.  I plugged it in for a couple of seconds and it started heating up, and it did seem to move down some. The box is currently in my garage with a high strength dehumidifier running at all times.  I assume it works well since I bought this out of the kitchen at an estate sale where it was clearly still in use.  I believe this is the one slice model. VTG 1950's era 50s - I think it's the T20B but I forgot to look before I boxed it up, so I cannot promise that.  Needs a DEEP CLEAN or could be used for parts.
