Vintage Toastmaster Sovereign IV Toaster - DOES NOT WORK

Item Condition:
Used (NOTE) - This is in Found As condition.  The
exterior
is in excellent condition and I was shocked it would not heat up.  I did not dig into the unit to see if I could trouble shoot the issue.  It can't be that difficult to figure out, but I have too much listing to do!
Please study the photos and make them SUPER SIZE.  That will show all of the close detail.  Please do not assume anything with the listing and ask me questions about the item if I did not show what you want to see.
Shipping:
The item will be packed well and shipped in a shipping box and not just brown paper wrapped.
Returns:
Sorry, we do not take returns.  If there is a  problem with shipping or the item is damaged, then send us photos and we will work with the shipper to get a refund.
