A vintage 2 slice toaster made by Landers, Frary & Clark, New Britain, Conn. It is model E 1946 Thermax and is 500 watts and 116 volts. It is patent dated Dec. 9, 1913 and Oct. 5, 1915. It has chrome case and spring loaded drop-down doors. It stands 6-5/8" tall and measures 7-3/8” x 3-5/8” at the base. The priginal cloth wrapped power cord measures about 74” long overall. The chrome shows some wear. It could use a good cleaning and polishing but is presentable as is. The cloth wrapped cord is in very good condition. It has been tested and found to be in working order.It is complete with all original parts. See photos.
