Vtg. Monarch Heavy Leather Handcuff Case w Uzi Handcuffs* Police* Security!. Both are used but in Very Good condition. No noticeable major damage in either.  Cuffs have tiny chipping of chrome on serial number on one side of cuff. Case has minor usage wear. No tears or rips. Could use a polish.  Doesn't detract from it's operation or beauty. Case is vintage while Uzi cuffs were purchased recently. Comes with only one han dcuff key.
